Superman and the effects of Solar Radiation

About how much stronger would you all say Superman gets within a year of average exposure to Yellow Sunlight, barring extreme situations where he is in very close proximity to the sun or completely cut off from it? Would he be only marginably more powerful in a year or would you say the effects would be noticeable? And how long would it take for Superman to become significantly more powerful than a younger version of himself (ala KC Superman)?

I would say at least 100% stronger. I'm only guessing based off 14 years since 1995. Superman's strength has increased more than 14 times. And if Superman doesn't use the energy (like to fight enemies and save people) and just chill as a normal human then this number goes up tremendously more.
