We have never really seen full potential Big G so it's all speculation, unless of course, you consider the black celestial arc just that. However, based on speculation and hyperbole Orignial Ion isn't above that Galactus imo.

They are all capable of that.

Besides that, I don't see how Galactus can win this without some serious fire power. The GLC without all 7200 member held a Galaxy explosion right in front of them
