Can Darkseid flat out beat Blackhart? Or vice versa.

In Blackhearts realm, absolutely not.

Anywhere else, I still give Blackheart a solid majority.

I don't know what Blackhart can do. Hell, I don't even know what Blackheart can do.

But they both win here.

It's spelled Blackheart actually, and he was/is one of the most powerful demonic entities in the Marvel U.
