For the FF7 crew, only as much materia as their respective equipment can hold. Basically, they cant be using every piece.
For the CT group, obviously in this scenario they cant use the tag team attacks.

1. Crono is way faster than Cloud and Luminaire is his trump card. Crono wins.

2. See above but has Frog Squash and healing powers.

Vincent would speed blitz Magus. Crono and Frog are better than the two other overrated characters.
