The first bad thing about this fight is that you have Thor, Silver Surfer, and Beta Ray bill on a team together. They ARE the most powerful on the field. Then you again have Silver Surfer in a fight that is starring Superman, which would lead to him being out of the fight immediately.
Then you have Martian Manhunter who is weak to fire and the marvel team is full of people that can conjure fire so he would be immediately disposed of.
Then that would leave 6 on 4 and with the pure raw power that the marvel team has, its a complete stomp.

Superman, Orion and SS are the most powerful, closely followed by the rest.
Fate stalemates or defeats Strange
Orion can beat Thor or anyone on Team MU except Surfer
Superman can beat everyone on team MU
Jordan can defeat Quasar, Strange, BRB, SS, Hyperion or Thor
MM can take, BRB, Quasar or Hyperion
Flash steals all their speed, so Superman and the rest can drink some tea before stomping.

Its nothing to low ball, you can take the feat how you want to, you can even add to it and I know for a FACT that I can put something from thor that would trump it EASILY.

What claims, about Surfer taking out flash?
Flash is grounded, Surfer can turn the ground into whatever he pleases. Flash would lose against the Surfer pretty easy if Surfer wanted.
