Considering that Magneto has owned Apocalypse several times in the comics, I'd say that he wins this one. 👆

House of M definitely proved that, where Magneto defeated Apocalypse in a brief battle.

Considering that Magneto has never ever owned Apocalypse in any relevant comics, this should be close.

Bloodlusted Classic Magneto should be able to jam Classic Apocalypse's molecular control and disperse his atoms.

If Magneto use his full power he should be able win
