The Crow Versus Batman TDK

Eric Draven returns from the grave, pissed and full of revenge.

He is not happy and the man he is not happy with in this scenario is that whilst partying up with his Millionaire buddies, Bruce Wayne spiked on PCP and vast amounts of hallucinagens, rapes (thinking it was robin, of course) and accidentally killed Draven's missus, the Draven when he tries to intervene.

The two freaks encounter each other in Gotham on Devils night.

What can Batman do to survive, as The crow has cast his beady little eyes on the caped rapist..?

Does Batman know that by crippling the Crow, he makes Draven mortal?

Yeah but catching it or even knowing where it is, is another matter.

Its outside the building though.

If the Crow is unharmed then Batman beats the piss outta Draven for a long time, succeeding only in pissing him off, then gets tossed off the building.
