Im pretty sure Spider-man has taken direct hits from Hulk and more than once.
Also Scorpion swinging his tale is tougher than Batman hitting Spider-man with a hammer. Yes, he can survived being run over by the batmobile several times but if he's just standing there and doing nothing he's gonna need a wheelchair afterwards cause he'd most likely damage his knees...

Being completely run over by the Batmobile? I don't know about that several times.

I think Spidey makes it to the car; technically, his strength is overall superior to his durability, as part of his "durability" is adjusting and weaving with the impact of blows, though he is very durable against blunt attacks, even harsh ones.

The Batkick is just uncalled for. Spidey is only a metahuman. Batkick can take down White Martians, for god's sake. Be nice...

spidey gets knocked the f&^% out by the ball peen hammer to the head......

his skull gets fractured the 1st time and around the 3rd time it caves in...

this the same guy that has gotten fractured/broken rips from far less has had his arm broken by a fall...

Let's not forget how much the batsuit really adds on to his abilities. It makes him durable enough to take machine-gun shots to the chest. Without the suit Captain America has the edge, but with it, Bats is stronger.
