Manhattan. Simply becuase I don't see how Goku could put him down and make him stay down.

Seriously. It took everything he had and he couldn't keep Cell down, and all Cell could do was reform from a single...well...cell. 😐

Let's see, one is a master of martial arts, destruction, speed, etc.

And the other is a master of everything including time.

Why would someone do this to Goku? What did Goku do to make someone make a thread designed to rape him like this. Why?

This is just as bad as making Naruto fight the Phoenix Force(granted I would've actually enjoyed Naruto being obliterated)

Jon can regenerate from being reduced to nothing and he could simply make all of Goku's atoms explode or something. This is a rape.
