Eh, they *say* that 'go near the speed of light and you'll hit the Speed Force, and only Wally can reach it unaided', but then quite a few feats show otherwise, and you have people like Superman, WW, etc. flying around between planets at what must be FTL speeds, while still being slower than the speed force users.
Wally's faster than Bart, but that quote isn't exactly wrong either. Comic writers don't 'get' lightspeed.

Yea. They did not make him more powerful than normal Quicksilver, it just allowed him to be in multiple places at once. Also he could re-trigger powers in mutants who'd lost theirs.
Any Flash still wins.
