Alice versus Snake Eyes.....

Alice (Resident Evil 2 version) is pwning zombies in Raccoon City, and she happens upon Snake Eyes, who is doing the same. Alice thinks he is an Umbrella agent, so she rushes at him to engage and kill him.

Snake Eyes, thinking she is in league with Storm Shadow, draws his Tonfas (His sword was lost in battle) and the fight is on.

Alice is armed with the twin ASP's she had at the end of RE2, her guns have ran dry. No TK for Alice here, she hasn't mastered it yet.

To the death. 😄

Snake Eyes.

Alice hasn't gotten far enough with her power mastery to match him in physical combat. He's stronger, and faster, plus he looks more badass.

I'm split on this one.

He's stronger and faster? I think not, dude. She went toe to toe with Nemesis and ****ed him up. And when Nemesis was tracking her with his minigun, she was a blur.

OK lets do two scenarios here. Scenario is the one stated in the OP.

Scenario two is Alice from RE3, with her twin blades versus same Snake Eyes from the OP.
