Aurora is actually faster then Northstar and can do the same thing
Yep, not saying just because he hurt Savage Hulk he automatically wins. Keep in mind Savage is above Grey Hulk so she definetly could hurt him with that tactic

All of them? I could see you saying the flashbang and the lightening as weak. However, the speed up the molecules and the concussive blast (which in that scan shows her destroying a building and a radio tower in the radius) are weak? Errrrr...
Also none of those attacks take a lot out of her, not sure what you based that on.

1. speed up molecules - from that scan, it looks like speeding up molecules just throws your opponent really hard. Not sure what that's gonna do to put down Hulk. Not to mention it requires her to get extremely close, which is prob not recommended for someone of her durability.
2. the concussive blast doesn't seem much more than grenade blast. It won't do much against Hulk. She's kneeling...indicating she's strained from its use.

1. Nope speeds up the molcules in his body causing them to tear apart. It can kill people. Once again this isn't Savage Hulk, Mr.Fix it is the weakest Hulk and has been put down by many things. Also getting in and out whould be far more easy then for Mr.Fix-It to tag her when Savage Hulk couldn't touch Northstar or Aurora, and she can cruise around Mach 10 without any troubles.
2. A grenade blast can take down a building and a radio tower as well as the Hand army? Errrr? Not sure what grenades you have seen. She wasn't stained, she even continues to fight afterwards as she was shocked she did that as that was the first time she done that.

Actually, Northstar doesn't have normal human durability. His skin is stronger then normal, and he has an aura that protects him akin to a bio-shield
