Blade, Wolverine and DR Punisher vs Gotham

Blade, Wolverine and DR Punisher vs Batman really. The team are going to try and assassinate Batman and beome the rulers of Gotham.

They have 1yrs prep and help from Henry. Batman has help from the Bat family and his other resources (in Gotham) of course.

Not allowed only his Gotham resources. edit He can use all of his other resources but he can't get help from other team mebers from the JLA. Just people from the Bat family and his organization Lucius Fox etc.

Its possible that Henry could get hold of that shit to. Also I think CIS prevents him from using stuff that advanced.

Batman on the other hand could easily get items he needed and I doubt cis would prevent him from gathering such equipment especially when he knows 3 individuals plan to strike and enslave his city.

Something similar happened in Knightfall arc. Not one single hi-tech there. If things get difficult I do see him getiing hi-tech but nothing on the level of a phantom zone generator.
