Yeah. Seriously. Unless Punisher has prep to exploit Dracula's weaknesses, Frank goes down. Even with prep, (Marvel's) Dracula has had literally centuries of dealing with hunters/inquisitors/other supernaturals exploiting his weaknesses, and he finds ways to work around them. Drac's losses to other Marvel characters (especially back in the day) were usually PIS/CIS on his part, to be the "villain that goes down"; he used to job like nobody's business...
