That version of Vulcan knows how to use Darwins ability to shut off mutant powers. And he can adapt to anything they can dish out + he is an energy weilders nightmare.
I would not worry about anyone mind raping Legion. This version retains all his personalities, including the ones killed by Magik.
Magik only killed 5 as opposed to Emma Frost who would have killed every single one of them had it not been for Illyana. 😬

Thats Legion with a fractured psyche, letting anyone in so long as a telepathic link is established.
This one is a reformed Legion, why would he let anyone in? If anything he would block any intrusions and spit them out like he did with Xavier.
