Martian Manhunter would be a good choice. KC Superman was shown as having significantly superior hearing to his mainstream counterpart. Silver Surfer with his cosmic awareness. Heimdall's senses are pretty good, too.

as for my thoughts on the thread. Going by low or even perhaps mid meta tier characters and below, I say Wolverine is the best tracker. DD, sabre-tooth and few others would fall some were below, not sure were as of yet.
