I'd give Cyborg a slight majority w/o rings. With them, it's pretty much a downhill trip for Batson.

Marvel wins.

I would say Marvel beats him without rings in a good fight (his metal body strikes me as less durable. It was better when there was more of cloned Superman flesh on it IMO), but with the yellow power Hershaw takes it.
