i have to be careful about what i think about right before i go to sleep, cause if its something like zombies or some other creepy shit, ill have a nightmare, but if its, say, about hockey, itll be a good one

i think its cause im basically almost blind
i heard that blind people smell, feel and hear like 10x's better in their dreams than people who can see

even with "Astigmatism contacts" my eyes have trouble adjusting sometimes

See in the summer i get more sleep than that. But in the winter spring and fall i get less.

i only got nine chapters left
im afraid to say this, but the whole Death Note series reminds me of the 6th and 7th Harry Potter books
the first part[while L was alive] is book 6, where i couldnt put it down and had to keep on reading until the very end
but the second part[after L died] is like the 7th book where at any point in reading, i can say, you know... i can stop here for now

this could also be used to compare L with Dumbledore[except L wasnt a gay old wizard] where everything just plain got so dull without them in the series

granted there is that little tidbit in the end of Deathly Hallows where Dumbledore explains everything to Harry once he was hit with the Avada Kedavra
