Hm. Joker's prep is weird. He basically does stuff that's like prep, but is far more spontaneous and rarely makes sense until it's done. A lot of the threat is it tends to come from completely unexpected angles, often involving multiple third parties.
Doom wins, but I bet he encounters some surprises.
