And in Sandman, Dream gathered all his power and still thought he was no match against Lucifer. He thought he was off to battle Lucifer and die, said his farewells and all. For an idea of how powerful Dream is---A portion of Dream's power stored in the form of Morpheus' Dreamstone powered the Materioptikon and enabled the formation of alternate realities and futures.

Thanos is simply out of his league when discussing beings like this.

Agreed Jun. This isn't downing The Endless who are extremely powerful, Neil has made them very interesting to read about. Thanos would have as much luck beating The Endless as finding his role in Marvel. I'm sure Desire would have fun messing with Thanos and he would get over himself real quick (or much less a threat to any of the others lol).

How did he threaten her? he was susceptible multiple times throughout the the series and him threatening someone isn't proof of anything. His reputation and exploits are legendary but threatening someone isn't proof of anything against Thanos.

I wouldn't go that far. I will say Thanos wins this thread though. I believe lucy is overhyped off the stratosphere.
