I base my opinion off of evidence. For instance pre latest upgrade he launched Gaalctus, weathered a prolonged attack from all out Odin, Tyrant, defeated power gem Thor, and crushed the Surfer.

That's just pre unkillable upgrade.

That is up for debate. The Destroyer armor isn't his standard gear. Thats like me saying did Thanos pull out the reality gem or a cosmic cube. Think man.

Odin has done that kind of stuff and it's called amping since he normally doesn't operate under those levels of power.

Sif saved Odin's life. The clone beat him later. Odin has never defeated Thanos.

He doesn't have to be to beat faster characters. Ask the Fallen One or Surfer about Thanos.
