Nightwing is more aerial than Shang......which opens many options.
But if the fight got upclose, Shang's ....chi powers would brake his bones upon impact. Nightwing will have to use gadgets to subdue him.

There is no combat area where Dick out performs Wang, and thats before chi amping.

Nightwing's good enough he can put up a fight, but he's never been shown as a top-tier, so yea, Shang-Chi very solidly wins.

its only b/c shang doesnt give off an hint of chi amping like danny does.... dick would have no indication that shang is focusing a punch or kick and would try to block it like any other attack...
