Granny Goodness makes cookies of doom while Infinity Man rips Thanos' heart out. That is if IM from DOTNG was really no different from normal IM as some claim. Otherwise Thanos wins with some difficulty. GG is a non-factor.

I don't think it was ever specified how she managed it. Final Crisis's revelations regarding the New Gods would suggest it would be possible for her to do such a thing but really I think she just slipped them all roofies.
