Who is the weakest character in comics that can get a majority over Thanos after hes final upgrade?

not many if at all below Trans. IMO it takes at mininum Trans level and most likely skyfather or above.

Wolverine couldn't because his claws aren't really strong enough to hurt Thanos.

Gamora could because of Godslayer. Drax could because of his anti-Thanos abilities.

Hm, Blink? She's pretty good at using teleportation powers to kill stuff way out of her league.

The Atom. The same way he beat all those Black Lanterns, or even other people. He is underrated
