In one game Ratchet gets a gun that shoots black holes.

I don't know who Shepard is, but Black Holes are instawin, I'm 99.9% certain.

Shepard has a gun that does that.

So they kill eachother. Cool.

Unless you grant Ratchet access to the Dimensionator.

Shepards shields can block it. Especially if he's a biotic or a tech.

So far it's sounding like the only thing Ratchet could have that Shepard doesn't is the Dimensionator.

Ratchet definitely has more stuff, but most of them won't get past Shepards shields.
