He at least better have some help.

So far he's a match for all those captains and still in his normal state.

Aizen isn't God. Well let me clarify that so my input can be understood. Tite Kubo=God of bleachverse. And since Tite personally protects Ichigo then I guess its

Ichigo+author's personal plot-armor >Aizen

Back to the topic though, Aizen brutally stomps! In fact the only reason Yamamoto has anything on him is because of his +2000 years of experience.

Well, to take this a tad more seriously...

Aizen is so fast that Kenpachi will not be able to keep up, at all. Since Aizen has more than enough rieryoku to injur Kenpachi, this is like a slaughter.

Sorry about that previous post up there but I got carried away. But since Aizen is maxed out in everything why would he even need high level kido? He could just use a low-level spell and still win with even less effort.
