Jedi and capital ships

We know that Jedi often fight in space aboard small craft (i.e. fighters and the like)

But in times like the KOTOR era, were there recorded instances where a Jedi Knight was in command of a capital ship (Acclamator-sized ships and the like)? I know that some Jedi were admirals during the Clone Wars, though.

Revan. And Malak. Also Yoda-Clone.

OK. It's just that I wanted to settle a point in a ST gaming vs. SW gaming thread somewhere else. I have my answer.
