Spidey was weak as hell (no spider sense, can't break webbing, slow, etc.) Not even sure it he could dodge a bullet.

How so? Ozy has the strength to kill Spidey. He has the speed to not get hit. Spidey was not only slow but he didn't have Spider-sense (got hit by Sandman and such) but he wasn't that strong. Spider-man 1 would beat Ozy though.
