Yep that's how I see it.

No scan is needed. Why would galactus make a thing, and make it an aspect of himself and not be immune to its effects? Even with PIS galactus aint that stupid

Because there are several issues with galactus being scared of the un being fired at him.

Those were before the Abraxas saga. The UN wasn't an aspect of him back then. Remember he didn't feat the UN when Abraxas had it?

He is beyond death. Even his heralds are beyond death. Even zen-laeese/zen-lainans are beyond death(almost).

Galactus came back from death too, with minor help from Doc.Strange.

And Tiamut manipulated galactus into thinking that his eternal cosmic hunger was completely insatiable.
