But after Thor defeated him (second fight), Rulk came back even more powerful. It's just now that he isn't really on a rampage.
Rulk that crushed Silver Surfer and took his powers would humiliate Thor even worse than the first time he crushed him.
Thanos + that Rulk wins this fight.

Yes, and he fought Thor twice and didn't do anywhere near the same thing to him so applying your logic to a noob when he already fought Thor twice is wrong.
No, he wouldn't. You clearly don't grasp what you read. The same writer handled rulk the entire time and understood his powers. Thor almost killed him and the only reason Rulk beat Thor was due to him using his hammer in space. This also didn't keep Thor down very long.
