Oh sorry .... Tony's Extremis gave him around 20% advantage over Doom's armour...but Tony is fully integrated to it. Doom won through a spell. Osborn is just wearing it .....even put a stupid star on the chest making a less powerful blast. Doom would just beat him to death.
