I don't think thanos can solo, but Team 1 would win. SS>SM;
Thanos>DS who has been watered down; Quasar can at least hold his own against orion.

Because DS, although weaker than thanos, should still be well above herald level and would require some effort to defeat. With the other two there, I think the tide changes in their favour and they win by wearing him down.

Yes i believe Odin could do it, a stronger team went up against him in his famous fight with thanos and he defeated them all.

I see Surfer taking a solid majority against Darkseid, but anyways Thanos is too durable for their entire team to have a chance against.
