Is supermans Organs Compatible with humans?

He can reproduce with Humans. He had some children with Lois, though in alternate Timelines/Realities.

As for the Organs, I doubt it.

But Human organs beat Superman's organs any day of a week and human/human children make fun out of superman/human children.

Jason Lee in Mallrats already explained why Superman can't have babies with Lois or any other human.
