why doesnt colossus tattoos ever show while armored??

Ironman's armour relies on Inertial Dampeners which reverse force applied against it. Without it .....just a Metal suit.

Big C, that's not Colossus, that's some Russian guy who Colossus worked for in one issue I believe.

Colossus, easily. IM's forcefields allow for certain resistance, in application, that Colossus body armor can't simulate, but in terms of durability vs. durability, Colossus' is a whole other level compared to *any* of IM's armor.
