STAR WARS: RETROSPECTION- Thief

I will note that such weapons did not come into usage until the Clone Wars, and likely did not exist prior.

Additionally, you lack the skills for such things. It is Heavy Weapons to use grenades and launchers, Guns for ion blasters (in which case they are just guns), and Sabotage for explosives.

ok, hmm what clothing was that secuirity guard was wearing then?

A black uniform with a yellow stripe across the chest, possibly with a blast-dampening vest.

I think it may help you if you tell me what you plan on doing before we go over ideas for how you can do such things.

well, i was planning on dress up as the guard, run up to him, and tell him (using Pursuade) "hey, your shifts over, im your replacement", Then, once inside i will head to the guard HQ/whatever you wanna call it and somehow download the schematics of the building, then hi-tail it outta there for further planning.

You don't even know if there is more than one security guard...

The problem here is that you know nothing about the place you are going to rob.

Well, that was the point of the entire plan i just told you, to get the schematics of the bank.

There is a more practical means of finding out what it is like inside the bank without performing criminal actions just yet.

And, as stated above, there is a flaw in your plan that can be solved.

hmm
maybe i coulld go in posing as a new customer, just to see the inside, and get a feel for the place

Indeed! The bank is not a private place, anyone can enter!

Ok, i'd like to dress in my official attire and head to the bank, telling the 3 smugglers im heading out, and to just lay low until i return.

Grop, Trop, and Brop say that they will try. A rowdy bunch, they are.

You stop by your hotel room and change. Having hired the smugglers, we are now at mid-day. You approach the Central Bank of Muunilinst wearing your fine suit and new haircut, looking ready to do business when truly you are scouting out for the heist.

People are milling about the entrance, discussing unimportant fripperies, as you walk up the great stone steps to the door. As you near, two battle droids whir and nod in acknowledgement.

"Good day to you, sir," one says.

"Roger, roger," says the other.

"Good day to you as well.." Haron will say to the droid, continuing into the building. Haron will walk into the bank and observe the bank for a second, before continuing to the bankers.

The interior of the Bank is a glorious sight to behold.

The grand doors of the entrance have been left wide open to welcome customers, heavy wooden doors that have been engraved with welcoming phrases in various languages. The entrance carries on into a depression in the floor of the bank that carries you upward, like a ramp elevating you into the bank, the interior of which is mostly that dollar bill green that the rest of the city is. Columns line this entryway.

The entryway ramp ends in circular area lined with comfortable seating- a waiting area for customers not be attended to. In the center is a hologram projector, displaying an enormous map of Muunilinst, properly colored and labeled with major InterGalactic Banking Clan locations.

Along the walls of the main area- which is also circular- of the Bank are mosaics depicting Muuns in various settings, performing business for the Banking Clan and helping those in need of funds. These murals are interspersed with more Greek-style columns. Below these murals against the far and left curves of the wall are the teller stations, where Muuns are helping guests through speakers in windows. To the right, there are desks where more Muuns are holding meetings with other guests, most likely performing business that requires more in-depth discussion than what can be done at the teller windows. Beyond that desk area to the right is a section of wall that stands out and is labeled with 'Employee Only' doorways.

There are battle droids everywhere, and more stationed on the gangways above the murals that line the walls. There is no apparent way to access them from inside this room.

Most impressive is the ceiling. From outside, you can see the dome that this room peaks in, a glorious green dome with a statue topping it, you know not of what. But inside, the green dome has been painted with a black backdrop and holographic planets are spinning about- the planets that the Banking Clan has done business with. Mygeeto is up there with them...

This is but one room of the bank. You need to find out where the vault is and then plot how you are going to escape once you make the heist.

I'd like to walk up to a teller station and ask about creating an account.

"You'll want to go to guest relations, new customer!" the teller says, enthusiastically. He gestures to the area to the right, where all the desks are.

"ah, thank you." haron says while walking to the desk on the side. "Hello, i am interested in opening an account"haron will say to the person at the desk

They direct you to the specific desk for opening an account, where a Muun banker sits. This one sports a monacle.

"I hear you want to open an account!" the Muun says. "How can I be of service?"

"Well... as you just said, i would like to open an account..." Page says Irritatebly to the generic Muun banker.

(Another character, eh?)

The Muun starts going into specifics about opening an account... but really this might cause more problems than it solves. You need formal paperwork regarding your identity, and Haron Silverfeet is a name that doesn't need be heard in a Bank.

Ok, i would like to use Persuasion on him and say "You do not need my identification, my name nor any of my credentials are..."
