Their normal weapons loadouts are exchanged. Thor wears the Aegis bracers, the lasso of truth, and the tiara of slice and dice. Diana wields Mjolnir. Each can use the capabilities of the weapons as natively as the original owner.

Who wins?

Round two: Give Diana the Belt of Strength, and Thor Diana's axe as well as the Sword of Hephaestus.

Well he can hold it and slice with it like Diana does. It doesn't really matter where he puts it when not using it.

IMO weaponless Thor slighlty > WW
as far as weapons go Mjolnir >> WW's gear
so after the swap I'd give Diana a small majority

Mjolnir is a swiss-army knife and has better offensive, but Di's gear does give an 'absolute defense' that can block anything, and the lasso's power effectively bypasses a lot of conventional defenses if it gets around someone.

I would say Diana wins 6/10
