Well, Thanos did moderately well against Odin. They could probably take take them both. It's hard to tell since Cyttorak has never battled anyone unless you count the time he casted the the Crimson Bands on Galactus' ship and knocked his bumper loose. Trion Juggernaut was only in a few comics.
This is like all those really early Sentry, Superboy Prime, and X lantern threads except Cyttorak's been a character for like 45 years.
