Avengers #11? Really? Do you really characterize this as kicking Thor's ass... especially when he punched Thor, Thor actually "recovered as quickly as if a gnat had stung him," had all his webs torn like they were paper, and all this during when Thor was still respecting his pledge "to harm no mortal beings."
