It's not, apparently. From what I've heard it takes place within the same Universe as the trilogy, taking place inbetween two of the movies, iirc.

Odd then, cos Max loses the Ford Falcon interceptor with the on-demand supercharger about half way through the second film.

Guess it will be just a continuity error.

On fb a friend posted the first trailer of Mad Max fury road and l have to say l like it and it seems to have a great storyline and Tom Hardy looks good

On an unrelated note, I watched the first Mad Max for the first time in about 15 years, today.

Very... odd film. The tone of it is nothing like its sequels.

That was a well-done trailer. I hope those weren't all the best scenes in the film, though.

Trailer gave me a semi, but I still think the final product will probably suck ass since it's been chopped up for years now.

Has this film really been leaked?
