Yeah, my own feeling is that Clifford takes this 9/10; he had no problem at all dealing with the hurricane in "Clifford and the Big Storm", and that was before his last two upgrades. 🙂

all cap can do here is throw his shield down clifford's cave sized throat as he inevitably tries to chomp him like any dog would.
