Movie Transformers are vulnerable to human fire, G1 transformers took no notice of it (for the most part). Although, we did see dinosaurs withstand decepticon fire in G1 and a t-rex got to chew on megatron..... Ignoring the inconsistencies I do feel G1 Megatron would defeat movie prime.

An honor given by a schizophrenic symbiote means nothing, however his father has been reduced to calling himself, "Split". I don't really know why. It's probably due to Brock's refusal to let the symbiosis complete itself. He's "split" between Eddie Brock and the Venom Symbiote. Weird.

I'm a sucker for G1 characters so I'm biased with G1 Megatron.
