SO have a lot of characters who arent more than peak human (supposedly).
Cap has beaten the likes of Hyde and rhino & Ko'd them (without the shield) despite only apparantally being able to lift 800lbs.

Hyde and Rhino? Heh. Wolverine has comparable feats. Like beating Roughouse w/o his claws.
