Bayonetta has all her weapons and she can't summon demons from her hair. Vincent can't go Chaos and also has all of his weapons.

Fight takes place on the plane that's crash landing on the highway (the one seen in Bayonetta).

Who owns who?

No Chaos form means Vincent gets rofl-stomped. 😐 Even with it he's not that impressive, and people put Bayonetta against Kratos and War.

Fine then you fanboy piranhas, Vincent goes into Chaos form on the second round.

I'm gonna have to play Bayonetta because I forgot how fast she moves. But, I won't unless the patch comes. Sad 🙁

Bayonetta can still win since she can be invisible.

From what I've seen both of them copy off of Dante in their game to some extent.(humor) 🙂

I honestly don't know who would win should Vincent have access to his Chaos form. Without it however, even I can say Vincent loses.
But why you all have to make Vincent look bad? What he do to you?
