Classically, CA was stronger than Wolverine.

In recent decades, feats for both have them in the above peak human range for strength.

If it were a simple act of strength (a punch, a quick heave-ho, etc.) then I'd say they were comparable. However, Logan's adamantium and healing powers allow him to push his relative strength to a degree, and duration, that Steve would be hard pressed to match. So in that regard, and over the long haul, I'd give it to Wolverine.

I always thought 616 Cap's Super Soldier Serum enhanced all of his physical attributes to peak human efficiency.
Whereas Logan can snap a boat oar.
