IIRC, Spectre couldn't affect KOT because KOT had no conscience and no soul that he could redeem or damn. Thus, he was powerless against KOT.

I think KOT is more powerful than Shuma, but I don't think he will win against a peak Zom. Anyway, KOT cannot be fully destroyed, even when he was supposedly destroyed in the Speed Force.
