I don't think she's = to Eternity, just that she shares a similar role. Role wise Spectre=LT but by power the only Spectre that=LT is the Spectre that appeared in Swamp-Thing to battle the GEB.

Showing here that she is everything that Eternity is in Marvel. There is others more powerful then Eternity/Kismet.

How does that make her equal to Eternity?

I don't even see how that makes her role similar to that of Eternity's.

They are both the equilavent of time in their respected universes, not much else you should need. 😑

Eternity = Male
Kismet = Female

Male > Female

simple.

Not sure how the scans you posted showed her role to be the representation of time, but sure, w/e.

WTF? how is Kismet as powerful as big E? She's not.
