In my opinion, that was PIS. However, we can agree to disagree. What would have stopped Sersi from transmuting Exodus? Exodus could not have countered that.

Exodus whas a match for her even when freshly mutated by Apocalypse, and with no experience in using his powers.

In a non PIS battle (matter manipulation, cosmic energy blasts, teleportation) Sersi can win Magneto or Exodus

Why would matter manipulation, blasts and teleportation be a problem for Mags? He has a very good record of handling opponents with those powers.

I think if Sersi would try directly transmuting him will succed. I don't remember him resisting that

Sersi could have easily transmuted Exodus. She would probably do it to Magneto as well.
