Been done. This will almost always go to the air and Ms. Marvel is the superior air combatant. He's got her in strength but her skill and damage soak should pull a majority her way.

I don't think Tony has her in strength
in my opinion she is stronger faster and the overall Better combatant
Tony could pull some wins by using sonic to disorient her
but for the most part she has him in just about every category

I meant to put Extremis Iron Man. My apologies.

Can Ms. Marvel get through his shields? He has pretty strong shields. His shields have withstood nuclear detonations, even when he was weak.
