Theres the big speed difference....

thor himself admited that he will get owned if he wont do something and fast and he shot lightning on spider-man because his head was about to be caved in

captain america humiliated thor like some huge bully and he is also a peak human the same thing can be done by taskmaster who is peak human and he was able to copy spider-man abilities so spider-man speed and peak human skills >thor
