what did mandrakk actually do to put him on lucy's level?? i read fc but don't recall anything so amazing as to put him on the level of two beings whose powers combined make them for all intents and purposes God.

Mandrakk's power was implied to be greater than the whole DCU.

For some, he was even arguably stronger than The Presence, being the ultimate threat in DCU yet (meh, I doubt it).

Power transcending even that of CoIE, Dark Side, The Unimaginable, or WF Mxy (that's what they argued about in HeroChat; WF Mxy had greater feats imo, but I got gangbanged in the debates by the rabid Mandrakk fans lol)

Its never really been said they're equal to the Presence, only that together they could make creation just as the Presence did. In fact I think at one point it was flat out stated that the Presence was the only being who's power eclipsed the two brothers when combined.
